Avan Jogia<\/a> (Roman Mercer* in 13 episodes<\/span>) stars as Oliver<\/strong> in 56 DAYS, an eight-episode series created by Lisa Zwerlin<\/a>g and Karyn Usher<\/a>, based on Catherine Ryan Howard<\/a>\u2018s 2021 novel of the same name. Oliver meets Ciara<\/em> (Dove Cameron<\/a>) in a supermarket and the pair fall in love. Fifty-six days later, an unidentified body is found in Oliver\u2019s apartment making him the prime suspect. Filmed in Montreal, 56 DAYS will have a 2026 premiere on Amazon. <\/p>\n

Jogia also has an unspecified role in Kane Parsons<\/a>‘ soon-to-be-released folk horror feature THE BACKROOMS, based upon the creepypasta<\/a> of the same name. After her patient disappears into another dimension, a therapist (Renate Reinsve<\/a>) is forced to brave the unknown to bring him back alive. The film expands on Parsons’ 22-episode found-footage webseries “Backrooms<\/a>“. Filming completed in Vancouver last August. <\/p>\n

Kim Coates<\/a> (Billy McGrath* in 13 episodes<\/span>) is Julian<\/b> in the Kinnane brothers’ upcoming romantic comedy SOLO MIO. (All eight of the Kinnane Brothers<\/a> worked on the film.) Matt<\/em> (Kevin James<\/a>) is left at the altar by his fianc\u00e9e, and goes on his planned honeymoon across Italy alone, hoping to rediscover a passion for life. The film follows Rita<\/em> (Carrie Coon<\/a>) as she severs family ties to join the Harmonia commune and follow its charismatic leader (Lily James<\/a>). Her daughters, Ella<\/em> (Bella Ramsay<\/a>) and Jo<\/em> (Odessa Young<\/a>) try to persuade her to return home, but the commune begins to draw them into its sphere as well. A 2026 release date is expected.<\/p>\n

International thief Cyrus Whitaker<\/em> (Kevin Hart<\/a>) leads a crew made up of Denton, hacker Mi-Sun<\/em> (Kim Yoon-Ji<\/a>), engineer Luke<\/em> (Viveik Kalra<\/a>), safecracker Magnus<\/em> (Billy Magunssen<\/a>), and aircraft pilot Camila<\/em> (\u00darsula Corber\u00f3<\/a>) as they try to steal a Van Gogh painting in London while staging a fake kidnapping in Venice, all as part of a plot to steal another entirely different thing.
