FROM – Season 3 Episode 3 – Mouse Trap – SPOILERS ⁓
Jade (David Alpay), Dale (Cliff Saunders), Kristi (Chloe Van Landschoot), Kenny (Ricky He), Roger (Eugene Sampang), and another unnamed Colony House resident (played by Martina Kelade) are on an expedition to bring back more food from the cabbage patches along the lake. Jade hallucinates a bearded Odin-like man nailed to a tree with a spike through his right eye.
At first we see both Jade and the one-eyed man, but when the vision tries to strangle him, we see Jade struggling against empty air. A similar thing happens later when Boyd (Harold Perrineau) visits Randall (A J Simmons) and finds him batting away invisible insects that only Randall can see. Boyd wants to observe the night creatures from the bus, and suggests he and Randall trade places for the night.
After the Sheriff voices plans to capture one of the creatures, the ghost of Father Khatri (Shaun Majumder), appears and attempts to dissuade him. In the process, the late priest says something curious. “Boyd,” he says, “you’ve been here, what, a year and a half now?” Boyd does not question this. (The show premiered on 20 February 2022 which is more than a year and a half ago, and Boyd had been in the town for some time prior to the events of the first episode.)

When Victor arrives, Sara is trying to repair something. “My brother made it for me,” she says.. “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put it back together.”
Donna (Elizabeth Saunders) earlier suggested that Boyd”s plan might endanger his unborn grandchild. Fatima (Pegah Ghafoori), who is carrying said grandchild, is seen indulging her craving for rotten vegetables by Tillie (Deborah Grover) who reassures her that such cravings are normal. Tillie offers her a tarot reading to find out how the baby is doing. Fatima initially rejects this, but eventually consents to a reading. As they begin to turn the cards, a blackbird shatters the window behind Fatima; flies into a wall; and dies.
Meanwhile, Victor (Scott McCord) digs up a suitcase he buried for safekeeping some time ago, and visits Sara (Avery Konrad). He asks if she has a bedspread, and says he needs to build a fort and tell a story.
THE BOTTLE TREE

Catalina Sandino Moreno asa Tabitha — Moreno will play a Miami cop in Joe Carnahan‘s Netflix police drama RIP.
After cutting her hand on broken glass (something that could become important later), Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) hears a sound and Henry (Robert Joy) tells her it’s the bottle tree in the backyard. The bottle tree in the woods was what transported her to the lighthouse through which she traveled to Camden, Maine. It was also where Victor found his mother’s body (though he never located the body of his sister Eloise). Henry explains that his wife, Miranda, was an artist, and the bottle tree was one of her installations. She liked it so much she used the tree in their backyard to make a copy of it. The real installation was a couple of towns away and was also the spot where Henry and Miranda dropped acid on Henry’s 35th birthday.
Henry and Tabitha drive toward the original bottle tree, but on the way, Tabitha opens the glove box and finds a bracelet inside. Henry explains that Miranda made it for him, but Tabitha recognizes it as the bracelet she made for her husband. Jim thought he had lost it, but the bracelet mysteriously turned up among things left behind by other town residents in the back room of the diner, which was run by Tien Chen Liu.
The bracelet convinces Tabitha that she is not really in Camden, and she tries to get out of the car. Henry tries to stop her, causing them to collide with another vehicle. The two are taken away by ambulance, but the ambulance is stopped in its tracks by the fallen tree that everyone sees when they arrive in The Town Tabitha may have returned to where her recent journey began, possibly bringing with her a police officer and two emergency medical technicians.

Samantha Brown as Camden police officer Acosta. (The name Acosta is Spanish for “from the seacoast”)
In Shakespeare’s The Tempest, Miranda is the daughter of Prospero (The Duke of Milan). Three-year-old Miranda and her father are put to sea in a decrepit boat to die, but they manage to reach an island and survive. Prospero uses his skills as a sorcerer to protect his daughter from harm.
Just before Boyd and his family encountered the fallen tree on 15 November 2019, Boyd learned that his wife and son had bought him a boat.
